Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance

    By creating a Writefoundry account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. The service

    Writefoundry provides AI-powered content generation tools accessed via a web application and Chrome extension. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

    3. Your account

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use Writefoundry. One person per account, do not share your login credentials.

    4. Acceptable use

    You may use Writefoundry to generate content for your own professional use or for clients you represent. You may not use Writefoundry to generate spam, misleading content, content that violates LinkedIn's terms of service, or content that infringes on third-party rights.

    5. Content ownership

    You own the content you generate using Writefoundry. The posts, ideas, and hooks generated for you are yours to use however you choose. We do not claim any ownership over generated content.

    6. Payments and billing

    Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you retain access until then. We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact support@writefoundry.io.

    7. Limitation of liability

    Writefoundry is provided as-is. We are not responsible for LinkedIn account restrictions, engagement results, or any business outcomes resulting from use of the service. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, always review before publishing.

    8. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of France.
